    • Damaged Drive Dogs and Taper

      This spindle was extremely badly damaged which is clearly visible from the picture.
      The drive dogs and taper were welded, also filling in balance holes and air holes. The drive dogs and taper were re-ground. The air holes were spark eroded and the taper was chromed and finish ground to OEM gauge line.

    • 50 Re-Bush 101 & 50 Re-Bush 102

      In this case we simply replaced the Ceramic Bush and repaired the Drive Dogs.

    • Spindle Assembly

      This gallery shows our capabilities of carrying out repairs to a complete Assembled Unit. As you can see from the Pictures these Drive Dogs were welded and re-ground whilst still a Complete Unit.
